For the price I paid, I got great value and a comfortable room. The location was convenient with plenty of vegetarian and vegan restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the cozy roof terrace and the provision of shower gel and hairwash.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding more toasters to reduce the long queue in the morning.

The location of Ecostay 2 is superb, right in the heart of the old quarter district, making it extremely convenient for exploring Hanoi. The rooms are always kept immaculately clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, particularly one member who went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in, are absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend staying at Ecostay 2 for a fantastic experience in Hanoi.

We really got a great bang for our buck at this hostel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect with lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Lovely and helpful staff, clean bathroom, nice terrace. The hostel is centrally located and has a great kitchen, which was a big plus for me as I could prepare my own meals.

The mattresses were too hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor and didn't have a good night's sleep. the automatic lock on the doors was quite loud, especially during the night.

The hostel's location was ideal, being close to lots of nightlife and the lake. The privacy curtains provided in the rooms were a great feature, allowing for personal space. each bed had a personal fan and reading light, which made for a comfortable stay.

The issue with the laundry service. We felt overcharged as they claimed our laundry weighed 0.7kg when it was actually only 0.2kg.

The value for money at the hostel was excellent, with comfortable beds and helpful staff in a prime location in the Old Quarter.

The morning meal could be improved by serving regular black coffee instead of soluble 3 in 1.

I stayed at Ecostay 2 for 5 nights during my backpacking trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the privacy curtains and storage under the beds. The shared room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The hostel also offered well-organized and affordable tours, which I highly recommend. Additionally, the friendly staff, especially BU, who is an amazing guitar player, made my time at Ecostay 2 even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience!

I really got great value for my money at Ecostay 2. The room was comfy with a curtain, lamp, and lockers for added privacy and security. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, and the staff treated me with great kindness and helped me with all my needs.

I had a really nice stay at the Happy Feet Hostel. The location is really central, but it is not noisy at all as it is located in a quiet alleyway 1 minute away from the buzzing beer corner. The rooms are well equipped and they have just changed the mattresses during my stay and the new ones are supercomfy. The bathrooms/toilets are on a separate floor with plenty of showers and toilets enough for all the guests. The staff is very helpful and kind, they help guests with everything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The location was perfect, just off the famous beer street and close to all the action. The female dorm room was comfortable with plenty of locker space. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The free breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of spreads for the toast. a great hostel experience!

The door of the dorm room was a bit tricky to close, which caused a minor security concern.
